Power Sandking 800 Turbo
The "Power Sandking 800 Turbo" is used with tremendous success to fight flooding all over Europe during the latest flood disasters.
Highly effective sandbag filling apparatus necessary for overcoming disasters! It has proved its excellence even when working with wet and fine river sand and with partly frozen sand (in case of inundations in winter).
Details
- Drive: Power take off from a tractor or similar vehicle or as an additional option: electric motor drive
- Volume: 800 litres of sand
- 7 high-speed turbo-filler pipes
- Standard colour red: RAL-standard 3000, other colours are possible if desired
- Performance: More than 6oo bags per filler pipe, i.e. more than 4,200 bags per hour (see: TÜV measuring certificate)
- Three point attaching for tractors and tractor-like vehicles
- Drive shaft with locking bolts, powerful transmission
- Spring-tines provide low-noise working, also when filling up chippings and grit
- Suitable for all common sandbag sizes in demand
- Turbo-filler pipes made of stainless steel, which means smooth-running filling process even in case of fine and wet sand
- With an easy-to-manage attachment device for the bags
- Filling of grit for winter application (e.g. municipal winter service)
- For sand, chippings and gravel up to a 32 mm particle size/ some stones as big as a fist are not any problem

Additional equipment
- Hot-galvanized level adjustment equipment in order to get comfortable working conditions,
- Hot-dip galvanized gratings to support the sandbags during the filling process,
- Big filling funnel 2 m x 2 m, hot-dip galvanized if desired,
- 2 headlights fixed at the filling funnel for good working conditions (12 V for vehicles or 220 V alternating current),
- Electric motor drive unit with 15 hp / 11 KW
- Automatic star delta circuit contactor with phase reversal and emergency circuit breaker -,
- Level adjustment equipment on 4 easy-to-steer wheels with 2 wheel brakes and hot-dip galvanized base frame.
In case of power failure, tractor drive is still possible. It can be additionally equipped with an electric motor drive at any time
